My Soul name is Alaèa. I am an indigo starseed. I was born a huge empath and strongly felt all other people's energies, feelings, emotions and intentions, from afar, and collective energies as well ("clairsentience"). I was like an energetic sponge, sucking up all the darkness everywhere I went. I was also born with very strong sensitivities to many things, such as pain and discordant sounds (lived most of my life wearing various ear plugs). My body could not tolerate anything inorganic and artificial, especially vaccines, medications or any conventional medical treatments. All those kinds of things were forced on me throughout my life, such as childhood vaccines which my parents said almost killed me. Since I suffered myself, I felt compassion for people who were suffering in pain, so I decided to become a nurse. I worked 20 years as a surgical RN in a major trauma hospital. Also, many assaults on my health throughout my life made me study alternative healing methods (inc. acupuncture, homeopathics, supplements, energy healing modalities, reiki etc.). I always had passion for healthy diet, and published my own diet book on Amazon called "The Simple Diet" (see "diet" page). Many of my friends and co-workers came to me for hands-on energy healing, which always had profound results, but made me feel much worse. I still occasionally do in-person live healing sessions.

Around 2012 I started seeing 11:11 everywhere, which was my awakening. I eventually discovered Dolores Cannon's books and learned that I was one of the volunteers to help evolution of human consciousness and the New Earth (see "RESORCES" page to read them for free). All of a sudden my whole life made perfect sense, and I completely devoted myself to my ascension/evolution path. I read a bunch of books on this topic (only a few out of hundreds were worth it:), took a few ascension courses and retreats, did a lot of research etc. I spent a lot of time listening to light language activations, channelings, podcasts, clearing/healing meditations etc. I had multiple healing sessions with my favorite youtube channels, mostly to meet them and become friends:) In my sessions (a while ago), I was told that i am part of emerald order and violet ray order, that I activated 48 strands of my DNA and all 12 of my chakras are open and activated, and that my energy is beyond angelic and beyond galactic. I am sure that since then I progressed way beyond that, but all the numbers and definitions don't matter any more...

I am sure that since then I progressed way beyond that, but all the numbers and definitions don't matter any more...
Even though I found my new passion, and I was driven and very inspired by this new purpose, overall my physical life was becoming worse. I went through so many "dark nights of the soul", that I lost count. There were a few times when I had unexplained pain 10 out of 10 intensity (mostly in my spine area - kundalini activations) for hours, going insane from pain and begging for it to stop... I was also forced to take COVID MRNa vaccine with a threat of job termination, which caused me multiple ED visits and health issues, which took about 3 years to heal. My health was getting worse, and I physically could not do my 3D nursing job any more. I had headaches, heart palpitations and poundings, random aches/pains, was extremely weak and tired. Also, I could not eat so many foods i used to eat, I felt sick from them. I had no appetite and no matter how little i ate i felt like it was too much (I started feeding on energies from my meditations). I couldn't wear any synthetic clothing and had massive whole body rashes for months. I became even more sensitive to all kinds of things, I was so affected by everything negative, I couldn't even watch TV any more. I've always had sensitive sleep, at that time it got so much worse, that I barely slept at night. I saw vortex portals opening and felt so much stuff going through me, I felt my torus energy field transmuting darkness and I saw (with my eyes closed) "static" beings and faces moving through. what really helped was moving far away from city and neighbors, I live near forest and lake:)
Even though I found my new passion, and I was driven and very inspired by this new purpose, overall my physical life was becoming worse. So, I spent most of my savings on buying various alternative health machines and devices, and my house became like a wellness center. The more I progressed in my ascension/evolution, the more important it became to keep myself in pristine clean state (physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically), so the energies can easily move through. This dramatically decreased my physical ascension symptoms and improved my health and wellbeing. i personally experienced "reverse aging" and given 15-20 years less:)
I realized that my body was in a state of a constant detox, not only of my own stuff, but of the collective. So, I spent most of my savings on buying various alternative health machines and devices, and my house became like a wellness center. The more I progressed in my ascension/evolution, the more important it became to keep myself in pristine clean state (physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically), so the energies can easily move through. This dramatically decreased my physical ascension symptoms and improved my health and wellbeing. i personally experienced "reverse aging" and given 15-20 years less:)
I also realized that I was not really addressing probably the most important aspect of ascension process: Ego, which includes beliefs, sub-personalities, identities, subconscious programs running on the background etc. Negative Ego programs are essentially blockages in various layers of body and auric field which physically and energetically blocking people from receiving more light, embodying more consciousness, and experiencing oneness with the unified field of consciousness (also called zero point energy field). This part of ascension process was the hardest for me. It was not easy to find the right tools and then methodically work through all my issues over a long period of time... This was no fun! I delved deep down into this and developed a process for myself and others (through counseling). Without clearing most of negative Ego programs enlightenment is out of reach. i know for sure i would not have achieved avatar level without doing this work. i started experiencing miracles and magic, especially during my "quiet" meditations in silence and stillness. I now experience euphoria and bliss, oneness and peace, unconditional love, and nothing really matters - enlightenment!

I was born with a gift of knowing ("claircognizance"), and all my life it was natural for me to know what other people couldn't realize about themselves, the true source of their issues (although it doesn't always work on myself:) I could just "know" solutions to their problems, which made me "a person to go to" for an advice, even before I did all this ascension work. My counseling evolved quite a bit and I am able to help people with a wide variety of issues (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), and i enjoy it!
