i found these resources over years and they helped me at certain stages of my ascension, some are more advanced than others. Please explore them and listen to your heart/intuition whether they are for you or not at this time. If you don't resonate or it feels wrong (you feel contraction of your energy instead of expansion) - just stop, move on, and try it again in a few months, you might not be ready for it right now. the most effective are toning and light language with complex sound frequencies and hand movements. look for light language/codes with various strong sound vibrations, not just monotone unknown language words (ex. rrr, zzz, sh, zh, sss etc.). if you are sensitive, but don't feel much from listening to a certain light language, it means you are probably already higher in vibration and don't really need it - don't waste your time on it. if they channel light language it doesn't necessarily mean that they are at a higher level, it just means that they are able to turn their brain off (empty their mind), surrender, and allow it to come through. also, if you are drawn to listen to a certain lightworker teachings, and if you love their voice (sound frequency), it means it's your next step to integrate their beliefs and frequencies. don't get stuck on anything, keep exploring, growing and evolving. please keep in mind that ascension is a gradual process, and physical body needs time to adjust to the energetic upgrades. if you keep forcing it to happen faster, it will backfire and make you very sick. after upgrades, periods of rest are essential for processing, locking it in place, anchoring, integrating, stabilizing.

They usually have amazing visuals and blissful sounds, making you "escape" reality, they are not clearing or healing anything, they make you forget everything. Many of them are even designed by AI (these usually don't even have a face or story of who made them), and if you are not careful, they will steer you in a wrong direction. Also, there are many lightworkers (without malevolent intentions) who gave permission to some negative beings from lower dimensions (who deceived them) and channel their light language transmissions (which most people can't understand and discern). When you watch/listen to them, you open yourself up to receive and absorb false light. Remember, there are distortions and negative agendas go all the way up to the 12th dimension (which is why I advise to do the 12D shield). If you are new to this, start with 16-19.
