Ascension is physical! Ascension is not about leaving your body and going to higher realms, it's about bringing more light into the physical - "embodying" more and more consciousness. Escaping into blissful meditations only temporarily makes you feel good. Clearing your physical, mental and emotional body from all the density (toxins, old memories/stories, beliefs, judgements, reactions, patterns/loops, programs etc.) actually purifies your body and aura from the blockages to energy flow, since all those essentially block your body from receiving higher consciousness energies and integrating them permanently. it clears space in your body/aura to be filled with pure divine light and Love, easily and effortlessly. Doing this clears your vessel to become a true, pure channel of light and sound, receiver and transmitter, antenna, beacon of light on this Earth, helping raise vibration of collective consciousness field and create the New Earth. We didn't come here to leave, but to stay and help change this world. It is hard, but rewarding part of ascension process which gradually transforms all areas of your life and eventually leads you to enlightenment.

i found that Most information on ascension is very disjointed and scattered throughout various platforms (youtube, courses, books, conferences, retreats, programs, events etc.). This website is intended to be short and precise, to the point, the best of the best (from my personal experience, in my personal opinion). I am sure it will save you time, effort and money from trying multiple things in search of finding the most effective tools and resources. You will find info on daily routine, detox, diet, meditation, tips to raise vibration, as well as energy healing sessions. If you need more detailed information on anything mentioned here, I am sure you can search for it and find it online. I can only answer a short question by email. This site contains probably less than 1% of my knowledge, so if you have lots of questions - please respect my time and effort and consider booking a personal private counseling session. i will continue to update this site as guided.
