Healthy diet is essential to your evolution and ascension. You can not achieve higher states of consciousness and enlightenment without a healthy diet. Unhealthy eating or overeating is like a poison to your body, and all your energy resources will be taxed to process and eliminate the burden. As you progress in your evolution process and do ascension work, you will eat less and less naturally. Your body will start rejecting unhealthy foods, they will make you very sick. This will force you to clean up your body (through detox) and your diet. Changing your diet is a process, which takes months and years. Your body needs time to adjust too. This is a brief outline of my diet book called "The Simple Diet" which includes over 50 recipes (link to purchase below at the end of this page).
Listen to your "gut feeling", your body knows what is right for you. If you have any doubt (especially if it doesn't smell good to you) - do not eat it. If you do not feel great after your meal (heavy, tired), something went wrong: either you ate too much, or you ate wrong food. When unsure if certain food is good for you or not - use kinesiology muscle testing. Hold your tested food right near your bare stomach (solar plexus) and do one of these:
- stand up, close your eyes, drop your mind into your heart, stay still and see if your body swings forward - it's "Yes", if backward - it's "No", if didn't move - neutral
- test strength of your grip between your thumb and pinkie (if strong - "Yes", if weak - "No")
- sit down, put your hand palm down on your thigh, try to lift your thigh and see if it's hard for you to hold it down (quad is strong - "Yes"), or easy (quad is weak - "No")
You can test your supplements (vitamins, herbs etc) and dosages with these techniques as well, also smell them - if you don't like the smell - don't take them.
Hold your hands over your food and visualize infusing it with divine white light of pure Love, and "see" it glowing in your mind's eye. Imagine yourself feeling healthy, vital, energized after eating it. Put your hands in a prayer's position and say thanks (ex. "I thank you, all plants, animals and fish, for giving your life to me").
Food is energy, like everything else. We have power to change energy with our thoughts and words (they are "spells"). Dr. Masaru Emoto proved this in his famous experiments of changed water structure. We can use this knowledge in many creative ways. As we grow and evolve we become more powerful and can change energies and our reality. Examples:
- if you have to eat something that you believe is unhealthy (when traveling or visiting), you can hold your hand(s) over it and think or say smth like "I infuse this food with Love and healing energy so it is healthy for me" and visualize infusing it with divine white light or multicolor rainbow light (see pic on the right as a visual guide of colors)
- if you enjoy an occasional alcoholic drink you have to release and let go of all beliefs that alcohol is harmful to your health or will cause you a hangover; you can hold your hand(s) over it and think or say smth like "This drink is a divine gift of fun, joy, pleasure, laughter without any consequences to my health" (if you try to infuse it with divine white light you will just cancel any alcohol and won't feel it - see youtube videos about this:)
* Cruzan coconut rum mixed with high quality coconut water (not from concentrate) is healthier option, with electrolytes. before your 1st drink take silymarin (milk thistle), alfa lipoic acid, coQ10. after your last drink, before going to bed, Take milk thistle, choline bititrate, coral calcium. in the morning take milk thistle, sulphoraphane, methionine.
- Do not eat if not hungry.
- Do not eat if upset, de-stress first.
- Drink full glass of water half hour before meals.
- Do not drink anything with your meals (except hot herbal tea after).
- Try not to eat after 6pm (even snacks), 7pm latest.
- Do not stand when you eat, always sit down.
- Do not do anything else while you eat.
- Do not eat more than you can hold with your hands cupped together in a single meal.
- Chew your food slowly and thoroughly.
- Try to relax after your meal ("Rest-and-digest").
* if you get "munchies" - dissolve in your mouth wild flower raw honey (a pea size amount)
Best salt to use is Alaea Red Sea Salt infused with Hawaiian red clay, it has only 20% of sodium and contains 80+ trace minerals (sold on amazon, cheapest deal is 5lb bag). Alaea salt adds a lot of flavor and makes everything tasty! Commercial refined salt is poison. It contains only 2 elements (sodium and chloride) and many chemicals, such as bleach (to make it white), and is added to most manufactured foods. It causes hydroelectric imbalances in your body: it prevents free crossing of liquids and nutrients through cell membranes (sea salt allows, nourishing all cells of your body). It also causes water retention - accumulating and stagnating fluids in spaces between cells, joints etc; raises blood pressure, causes kidney problems and weight gain. Unless you read "sea salt" on a label always assume it's commercial refined salt and do not eat it.
SLOWLY REDUCE and then ELIMINATE:
- all red meat (pork, beef, lamb, veal, goat etc)
- all non-vegetable carbs
- all wheat/gluten products
- beans/legumes (except peas - they are actually veggies:)
- all dairy products (except plain goat milk/kefir/yogurt/cheese)
- all refined sugars and desserts (dark chocolate is ok in small amounts:)
- unhealthy fats, especially trans-fats (best cooking oil is org coconut oil)
- sweet fruits and fruit juices (except tropical fruits, berries)
- caffeine, alcohol, all bottled/canned drinks
- "fins and feathers" (seafood and poultry) for protein option
- small amounts of poultry from trusted sources (chicken, duck, turkey) - optional and very individual (based on body type)
- local, org or pastured eggs (ex. duck and goose eggs) - egg yolks are the best and very nutritious, egg whites are hard to digest; don't overcook eggs - kills the nutrients
- seafood - wild caught is the best, avoid farm raised (i prefer smoked fish)
- vegetables (most nutritious are asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, other good choices are cauliflower, potatoes, beets, carrots, white cabbage, zucchini, yellow squash)
- raw salads (ex.: org purple/orange heirloom tomatoes, mini cucumbers, fresh or frozen/thawed green peas, onion, raw pistachios, sprouts/microgreens, fresh dill or parsley, hazelnut or walnut oil)
- raw nuts (except peanuts which are actually legumes) - macadamias make great snacks, hazelnuts are great paired with dark chocolate
- raw garlic and/or onions (alkalizing superfood)
- sprouts, microgreens, herbs (see below)
- fermented vegetables (see below)
Your gut health is very important, and there are numerous books on all the benefits. It's very easy to make your own fermented vegetables (cauliflower, white cabbage, beets with carrots etc.). Basic steps of fermenting:
- buy "Ball" glass jars (32oz) and Elementi fermentation lids (on amazon)
- cut your veggies and place them in jars
- add 1 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of honey, 1 probiotic pill (opened)
- fill with distilled or RO water all the way
- cover with fermentation lids (with one way valve), leave on counter - room temp
- check on them in 3-4 days in summer (or hot climate) or 6-7 days in winter (or cold climate)
- take valves off, close silicone lids, place in fridge - good for weeks
When ready to eat, rinse and add chopped onions and your favorite oil (I prefer hazelnut oil), use as a side dish. Also, make sure to take regularly: probiotics, artichoke inulin powder, sodium butyrate. (see pic on the right side of page)
It's worth your time and effort to learn how to grow your own sprouts. They contain up to 100 times more nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes) then unsprouted version, and they are more bioavailable. Sprouting improves quality and digestibility of protein. Examples: alfalfa, broccoli, clover, pea, sunflower, bean sprouts, grain sprouts, microgreens etc. Kitchen Crop sprouter is good for winter and non-humid and colder climates (otherwise they mold too much). Basic steps of growing sprouts in trays:
- buy black "seed starting" trays
- lay tray with holes on top of tray without holes
- spread about 2 inch of potting soil
- cover with thin layer of soil and water it
- make a lid by flipping another tray with holes (upside down)
- check every day if needs watered or not, keep moist, optional: add minerals to your water
- once you see any growth - remove top lid tray
- keep it in indirect sun, could use direct sun at the end to green them up
- cut your sprouts, put in gallon zip-loc bag, don't close it (for ventilation), keep refrigerated. (see pic on the right side of page)
skip your breakfast, if able. supplements: raspberry ketones, green tea extract, african mango, amp-k. Topicals (contain chemicals, so use sparingly): eveline cosmetics 4d shaping slimming creams (amazon) - wear slimming belt or saran wrap after applying on problem areas.
* weird tip: if you really crave smth very unhealthy - put it in your mouth, slowly chew it, savor the taste and flavor, and spit it out (don't swallow it) - it will satisfy your craving:)
higher levels of ascension
it takes many years to fully restructure body composition from carbon to crystalline. your cells will want less actual food and supplements. they will want to feed more on various energies and frequencies (complex color, light and sound), which can be absorbed and utilized mostly through advanced meditation techniques (beyond the scope of this website), as well as from sunlight and other sources.
