This is a remote live personal session via Zoom, 1 hour. This is based on what you want to focus on at that time. What progresses people the most in their ascension process is clearing physical, mental, and emotional baggage (all the "density"). This creates actual "space" in the energy field to receive more light and embody more consciousness, easily and effortlessly. I provide elevated high frequency energetic space to facilitate healing on all levels, if you are willing and ready to dive deep into it, let go for good, and set yourself free. Many issues are very complex and interconnected in many layers of body and aura (physical, mental, emotional layers of energy field), so it's like "untangling" from outside, starting from more superficial, and progressing deeper and deeper into subconscious programs, down to the core of the issue. With counseling experience I developed a system of doing this and I am guided with my gifts of "seeing", "feeling", "sensing", and "knowing" during the clearing and healing process. This creates a radical shift in consciousness. It will take time for physical to change in your reality though, physical is always behind energetic. Your Ego will resist this change, this is normal. It will be up to you moving forward to catch when this happens, acknowledge it and use your specific Ego reparenting techniques learned during the session to continue positive change. You need to solidify this change by stopping old habits/stories, and by reprogramming with new beliefs/goals. It helps if you ask your family members to support you in this as well. Use EFT (see "Tools" page) while reprogramming and reinforcing new beliefs with positive affirmations. leave the "old" behind and focus your attention/energy on the "new"!

It helps if you pre-meditate right before your session. Keep your water bottle with you to hydrate during the session. Have a box of tissues ready. Have a pen/paper ready for notes. it helps if you also meditate 10-15 min after the session in silence and stillness to properly process and integrate.
