Water is a very powerful transformational tool to use in your ascension process, very underutilized. water conducts electromagnetic energies and frequencies. it has a consciousness and connection to the unified field. Here are some of the ways you can use it:
WATER STRUCTURING and CHARGING
Drinking structured and charged water gives too many benefits to list here. Structuring water means changing its basic chemical structure to be more bioabsorbable thus more hydrating (ex. vortex and magnet devices). Charging water means adding more beneficial energies/frequencies which will be transferred to every cell of your body, inc. your DNA. Doing this activates, upgrades, energizes your whole body. Here is what I do to charge all my drinking water (you can incorporate as many of these as you want, the more the better:):
- BioCharger (pricey though, but worth every penny) - multiwave oscillator with 1200+ programs for everything you can think of (5Hz-50,000Hz). It has programs for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I place my bottle near it when I run all my programs, it has about 6 ft radius range
- Buder Lourdes machine - adds molecular hydrogen gas into water (antioxidant, energizing)
- my water bottle sits in the sun (when we have it:) on orgone plate surrounded with copper tensor tools (flower of life, tensor rings, acuvac, feedback loop - also used for pain and meditation - see pdf book on right side of this page), crystals and gans keshe plasma tubes (all sold on etsy - search spiritinspiredthings and lifeenergyfinds)
- use Solfeggio tuning forks over your water (see "TOOLS" page)
- use toning of vowels near your water (see "TOOLS" page) - you will see water vibrate and create ripples and steam over it from your voice activation
- charge water and amplify your intentions while handling it, speak (or think) into it right before drinking (ex. love, bliss, peace, harmony, coherence, inspiration, passion, happiness, joy, satisfaction, fulfillment, safety, security, stability, perfect health, strength, vitality etc.); see PIC ON RIGHT SIDE OF PAGE FOR visual guide of chARGING WATER WITH COLORS
IONIC MINERALS
If you have a water purification system like RO (reverse osmosis), it really strips water off all minerals and it becomes pretty much like distilled water (very aggressive). You can't drink this for long periods of time without pulling minerals out of your body (ex. bones, teeth etc.). The best minerals to add are ionic (smaller particle size - more bioavailable, easier to absorb), best kind of minerals to add are fulvic-humic acid mineral blend. I use these 2 brands, i believe they are the same: Vital Earth (32 oz) or Inner Vitality (gallon size). Add enough minerals to make your water pale brown.
DRINKING WATER
Drink at least a gallon (128oz) of fluids every day (this includes pure, clean, charged water, herbal teas, fruit infused flavored water etc). As lightworkers we need more water, since we process way more energies, oftentimes overheat too. Drink extra water before and after healing meditations and sessions. Make sure your urine is always pale yellow. If you notice it got darker or your urine output decreased (you haven't gone in a few hours) - signs of dehydration! Immediately drink more. It's best to drink slowly throughout a day. If you drink caffeinated drinks or alcohol, which are very acidic and dehydrating, you would have to compensate by drinking even more water. If you don't have a well and water purification system, buy artisan spring water.
HEALING SHOWER
Every time you take a shower, don't forget to activate its full potential as powerful purification tool. This benefits all layers of your body/aura. Visualize shower water as divine waterfall of cleansing energy, be creative in what colors you use. Visualize this energy washing your aura and whole body, every cell, between cells. Also, do vocal toning in the shower (see toning info on "TOOLS" page). Examples:
- use pure shimmering white light with rainbow colors
- use golden light (Christ consciousness)
- use Violet Flame fire (bright purple energy with fuchsia undertones)
- use chakra colors and toning sounds in sequence (see "TOOLS" page)
- use aurora colors (translucent bright pastel opal colors)
HEALING BATH
Bath is my life saver! It is one of my favorite things to do in this world! Taking a bath completely eliminates any disturbances in my energy field, even after a major stress. These are my recipes for what goes into water:
1. Main recipe (I do this 2-3 times a week):
- a cup of Epsom salt
- a cup of Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 cup of bentonite magnetic clay
- 3-4 oz of vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid)
- a cup of apple cider vinegar
- a few squirts of shower gel to make bubbles
- a few drops of therapeutic grade essential oil, i like artizen brand (my favorites: honeysuckle, rose, chamomile, lemon, lime)
2. Detox baths, or if sick or caught a virus (cold, flu) - 3 separate recipes (do not use any of these ingredients together):
- MMS (miracle mineral solution - best stuff for killing any infection/pathogen/flu (see Jim Humble website for info)1-2 cc of each part mixed for 30 sec, added to full bath; also take MMS internally: 2 drops of each part mixed 30 sec added to 4 oz of water 3x/day between meals
- 3 bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide (32oz x3) added to full bath
- a pound of baking soda - also good for alkalizing in times of stress (acidic)
3. Before baths brush your body with dry sauna brush to take off old skin cells and increase circulation. Make bath water hot, but not too hot that you can't tolerate laying 20-30 min in it without feeling overheated or like you are about to pass out.
4. Bring your electronic device, lay it near your tub, and play healing sounds, so they resonate and activate the water you are laying in. My favorite sound to listen to while taking a bath:
5. Set intention for this bath to be a purifying, cleansing, healing experience. Visualize bath water filled with one of these energies:
- use pure shimmering white liquid light with rainbow colors
- use golden liquid light (Christ consciousness)

- use chakra colors and toning sounds in sequence (see "TOOLS" page)
- use aurora colors (translucent bright pastel opal colors)
6. Call for help beings from higher realms to work on you through water (doing this is more effective than just in meditation without bath). Set intention to open all channels of light and sound, and to restore free flow of life force energy throughout all your systems. Intend to open all your pores, and all your cells. While in the water, visualize "exhaling" (or expelling, purging) dark, murky energy out of every cell of your body and through every pore of your skin, and into the water, which instantly transmutes it into white light. While in the water, visualize "inhaling" (or absorbing) pure clean divine healing liquid energy through every pore of your skin into every cell of your body.
7. Examples of what you can intend to clear, release, transmute and let go while taking your bath (state out loud, or at least whisper), the more specific - the better:
- all stuck loops, repeating patterns, old stories
- all need for pain, suffering or struggle
- all attachments, desires, lacks
- all Ego programs
- all victim mentality, all need to be a martyr or sacrifice
- all feelings of being not good enough, not worthy, not done enough etc.
- all survival programs, defensive/aggressive reactions
- all trauma and grief from original separation from the Source, and from the Soul
- all resentment for being here, choosing this hard path
- all frustration from not receiving answers/guidance or psychic gifts
POOL
The best way to exercise is in a pool (ideally in low 90s F). You can search for "warm water therapy pool" in your area. Try major hospital system, it's usually used by physical therapy M-F and available to public on weekends. Water has unique properties (such as buoyance) and provides mild resistance, while completely eliminating gravity. You don't have to swim laps. These are examples of what I do in the pool: gentle bouncing for lymph stimulation, all walks in chest depth (forwards, backwards, sideways, zig-zag, diagonal, high knee, lunge walks etc.), using stairs in water up and down many times, leg and arm lifts in all directions in all planes, doing standing yoga exercises (chair, warrior, tree etc.), squats, lunges, or just random movements like dancing. It really is a full body workout!
